RV Description

I really need to sell this. I'm on disability and the insurance premium is grocery money. If you are interested just make an offer. You will be responsible for transportation and it will be as-is. I've done enough repairs. It's been sitting but had a dehumidifier running in it 24/7. It's got cobwebs and dust and what not.

Why did I do so many repairs if I'm not keeping it? Well, I was planning on keeping it. It was supposed to be my home. I got an inspection and they missed pretty much everything and I was living in it discovering these issues. So I did the repairs as an investment into my home.

Why am I selling it? I got sick. My health went absolutely bonkers and I was not able to handle the extra little things living in an RV requires. I also couldn't do even the most basic maintenance myself and I couldn't afford to pay anyone to do it after all of the repairs. I was also unable to finish the projects I had started. I wanted to pull the wallpaper off and paint and add curtains. I removed most of the valances.

The Teton was in Arizona before this. I am the 3rd owner. I have many receipts from the previous owners.

Bedroom slide out - Floor was rotted from long term leaking due to lack of sealant, it has been replaced and was sealed correctly.

Known issues:

Seals for the kitchen and bedroom slides need to be replaced.

Glass in one window is too small for the frame. I sealed it so it won't leak but there's water damage on a wood panel under the window due to this. It's a bit of an eyesore.

Misc small spots of water damage on the wallpaper from previous issues that were sorted in the past.
