The trailer is in excellent condition, very clean and well maintained.

Every system works.

No delamination, No damage to the exterior, no leak, no dry rot, no stain outside nor inside, no spots on the floor, 5 tires in very good condition with good threads.

Never been in a collision, hail storm, fire nor flood.

Never smoked inside, no pets.

The trailer had a yearly inspection in March 2025.

- The motors of the slide-out were re-synched and lubed

- 2 recalls were completed

- The left bedroom shade was changed (it did not stay in the down position).

I clean the roof every 3 months and last cleaning was 2 weeks ago.

- There is no damage, no mold and no leaks

I maintain the rubber flaps of the slide-out and they are clean and shinny.

The previous owner removed the top bunk bed. He had only 1 kid and needed only 1 bunk bed. It makes the interior of the unit so much brighter.

1 Slide-out (the kitchen sink, gas stove and fridge can be used whether the slide is in or out).

The trailer is equipped with the standard solar package and 2 batteries. That package can run continuously the 12V Dometic refrigerator.

Shore power or generator is needed if additional wattage is used.

The unit can be connected via WIFI to a smartphone for many system functions.

There is a tire pressure monitoring system that transmit info to your smartphone.

Included is a new silver cover for the trailer.

The dry weight is 5,325lbs and the GVWR is 6,995lbs

We purchased this unit at the beginning of our retirement and are enjoying it very much. We like the quality of the furniture from Grand Design. We plan to travel farther than we initially thought, we now want a bigger unit with a couch or recliners - this is the reason we are selling our trailer - not because there is any issue with it.

A Dealer in FL has in stock the trailer we want next and we are trying to sell ours before we buy his, so we discounted the selling price.

On JD-Power the Low Retail Value (trailer in bad shape) is $19,600 and the Average Retail Value is $23,625 (which is close to the average prices of similar units for sale on RV Trader.)

For a quick sale we offer our trailer for the Low Retail Value of $19,600 (which is quite a bit more than the dealer's offer for the trade-in).

We have a clear title.

Not included is the tow bar that we will for our new trailer.
