We are the original owners, purchased in March of 2022. Clean title and no lien.
We lived in it for 6 months while we built our house. Since then, it has sat empty in our driveway.

It's only been on one road trip, which was to the service center to get some warranty repairs done. Other than that, it's been parked, so the tires only have a few hundred miles on them.

It's in great condition with only 2 minor issues:
1. The vinyl layer of the countertop around the sink is cracking and peeling off (see 2nd to last photo). Cheap and easy to re-wrap with a similar looking peel & stick countertop -grade vinyl.
2. The awning has a rip in it (see last photo, I circled it in red).

Here's what I'm including with it:
- A weight distribution hitch system
- The solar controller unit needed to install solar. It's pre-wired for solar, so you'd just need to get the panels.
- An upgraded propane controller that auto switches to the 2nd tank when it's running low (it's not installed)
- 30ft 50amp power cable
- 50amp to 30amp adapter
- 30amp to 15amp adapter
- 40ft of stinky slinky hose
- A stinky slinky hose support
- Blocks and chocks
