We bought this trailer new to live in for a while but now have a house again and ready to let it go. Only took it out a few times so there's not many miles one it. We put a GenY gooseneck hitch on it but still have the stock 5th wheel hitch if that's what you want. I think it tows really nice with the GenY. We also added the bigger rubber feet to all the landing pads. Has solar and a big generator. We got rid of the second couch in the living room to put a table in there. The table is from ikea and goes up against the wall and can fold out to be small or a big table. And also has 6 drawers.

We pulled out both toilets and plugged the holes for the black tank amd never used the black tank. Just didn't want to deal with that. We I stalled an airhead composting toilet. This toilet is just over a thousand dollars new. You can take it and do whatever you want with it, or we can keep it and give you the $500 off it would take to replace the toilets. All the plumbing is still there and ready to go. The bathroom in the garage we used as a closet. All the wood in there can come out and nothing was screwed into the wall, so no holes in the walls.
