This 2020 Lance model 2185 is in great condition, used only 3-4 times per season and we are the original owners. It has been stored under the cover of a roof, out of sun, snow, and rain its entire life. It has been upgraded with dual 12V AGM 110AH deep cycle batteries that have been meticulously maintained and charged indoors during the winter. We have all the original paperwork and manuals from purchase and upgrades.

The purchase price for this model was $48,000 and the current average asking price is between $31,000-$33,000. We are asking the current price because we acknowledge there are a few small issues:

One of the 3 burners on the gas range isnt working (rest of stove/stovetop works great)

The range cover/backsplash covers only half of the stovetop
