The nose cone is pretty faded and the sticker starting to peel off only on the nose cone and the awnings work, but are starting to show signs of wear after 12 years (Maybe have 3 years left in them before you need to replace the fabric) otherwise everything works great as my husband is OCD on taking care of things. We also have some added spare parts for the AC units as we always had the camper in hot climates when not in MN and for a couple bucks you can easily replace minor parts to keep them in tip top shape. So we always kept some on hand. We also have the ENTIRE camper manual printed for you in a 3 ring binder.

Optional
$500 - Washer/Dry Combo
$300 - Starlink set up
$250 - Truck Bed 50 gal gravity fed Fuel Tank
