We are only selling this unit because we sold our house in a day(good and bad), and bought the Brinkley to stay in while renovating a new home. Of all the units we considered, the Brinkley lead the charge by a landslide. They are pricey but once you're in them you see why! We have never traveled in the unit and it's basically brand new in that regard. We have only moved it from dealership to rv park to storage. Any recalls that presented we addressed through a Brinkley authorized mobile tech and we have all receipts. We still owe and pay on the unit monthly to USAA which is why our price is what it is. There may be a touch of wiggle room for the right buyer. Our price includes all accessories purchased for the unit to include but not limited to, the hitch, hoses, dog gate, portable rv waste tank, huge ground mat, cords etc. We are willing to bring it to you if within LA and some parts of MS, and TX, at no cost. Outside 5 hours, we will add a delivery fee. It's TURNKEY ready!!
