We own this RV, and love it! However we don't use it enough nowadays, and decided to sell it. It's beautiful 5th wheel, that has a lot of potential for thrill seekers or full time living personals. We have a list of additional things that come with, in the images take notice. We have owned another one before and it doesn't come near the quality of this one.

This has the garage which can be used as your toy hauler, office space, guest space, hang out area, grandkids toy room, your loved pet's pace, or whatever you can imagine or need for.

It has a gas storage and pump for your toys.

Back porch that opens up. Two doors. Bluetooth speakers in back and outside for hanging out.

We serviced it by Luxe. We cleaned it for next owners. Title in hand. This model has laundry set inside the master.

It has 3 vents to outside. It does have A/C in back and heat in garage space. This model has 1 1/2 bathrooms. Additional storage under bed. We can update you on water filter we used attaching under kitchen faucet which gave good water no matter where you are located for dishes and cooking and drinking. We purchased in 2022, and have 5 year warranty. So there's still some warranty on this unit to transfer to new owners.
