I am the original owner of this AWESOME Coach.
This unit has been stored indoors (unless being used) since we purchased it.
There are too many specs to list; please just google for them or feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I am going to highlight some of the specs that stand out to me from my experience with this coach.
The coach was purchased with only one goal in mind and that was to travel to as many National Parks as possible. Happy to say our family experienced traveling at another level with the convenience of sleeping up to ten people and having a vehicle in tow. Plus we had an additional peace of mind knowing we had the factory warranty and an extended service agreement we purchased (that is transferable) in the event anything went wrong.
The Cummins 450HP diesel motor was very impressive even while climbing some of the steepest areas in the mid-west and western parts of the U.S.
We did a 90 day rode trip from the East coast to the West coast, with usually just the two of us, but had up to five people at times. With that said, we had plenty of room for everyone. The two showers and bathrooms were a life saver while traveling with our "adult" kids.
We spent most of our time hiking; site seeing or sleeping, but in the event we took a rest day, we had plenty of tv viewing options with one of the six tv's that come with the coach. Each bunk has its' own tv; along with the master; living room; front driving area and outdoor area.
The family loved the heated tile floors on the cooler morning, as well as the fireplace to warm the coach up.
With the "on demand" tankless water heater, it was like taking a shower at home. There was plenty of hot water for everyone.
Combine the residential size refrigerator with the basement freezer and you have plenty of room for your groceries.
The 10K Onan diesel generator is a life saver for those times when you need power and you aren't where you can plug in.
Backing up the coach couldn't be much easier with large side view mirrors and back up camera.
Doing a lot of hiking while we traveled in this coach, the washer and dryer was a huge benefit for us. It saved us hours of washing our clothes at a public facility or campground. You can't wash extra large loads, but we were pleased with how well it worked.
I am not one to use a dishwasher at home, so I never used the one in the RV either. But, if you are a person that likes a dishwasher, it's another perk this coach offers. I will have to assume it works as great as everything else has.
Not sure what else to mention, but please feel free to call; text or email if you have any questions.
