This unit was originally purchased with the intent to be the final camper for a retired couple, who had a great deal of experience with multiple campers (20+ years). Unfortunately, one of them fell ill. Meticulously kept by an extremely orderly and maintenance-oriented person. I purchased it from him with the intent to camp in West Virginia in very cold weather. Perfect since the undercarriage is sealed and heated to protect pipes from freezing/damage. My circumstances changed before I could even take the camper out once. Yes, Ive never camped in it.

I cleaned the camper thoroughly, applied UV protectant, and it was lubed by me. I washed it inside and out and stored it with a cover I purchased (included). There are tons of extras with this unit as above, plus more. The roof is in great shape, because it is a SOLID roof, not the rubber type.

I have downloaded all of the manuals from the various component manufacturers (stove, water heater, solar system, plumbing, electrical, heating, etc). I have it all on a flash drive, have all of the manuals, and two sets of keys.

The internet sale price varies between $20,000 and $25,000 not including all of the extras. The hitch and sway bars alone is well over $500. The price is fair, and wont last long this spring!
