This RV has been partially remodeled. I have replaced the hot water heater and toilet. The HVAC is upgraded to a hybrid system that heats from either gas or electric. The refrigerator is a new residential model. The furniture shown is included. It has been lived in full-time by me for 2 years and by the previous owner for 3 years.
