RV Description

The Keystone Montana Hickory 3582RL is a luxurious fifth wheel with solid cherry wood cabinets. I am the second owner and neither the previous owner or myself have ever had pets, kids, or smoked in it. From what I know it hasn't been on many trips three trips from Colorado to Texas and one trip from Colorado to Kentucky and back. I just put 4 new Hercules tires on the trip from Kentucky. A new roof was just installed along with most all the plastic on top and most of the lights due to a hail storm. It also has a slide out in the basement storage area that makes accessing your gear and equipment very convenient!

If you're looking for a quality built fifth wheel that has the perfect layout I don't think you can find anything better. The layout is so you can handle most anything you need without opening up the slides while your on the road. You can access the refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, shower, and bedroom without opening up anything. The bed room has a sink and mirror so you can do your morning routine while someone is in the bathroom. Bathroom and shower are separated as well so you don't have to give up your shower if someone is in the bathroom. The commode is an upgraded tall and oval bowl, trust me it makes a huge difference! Bedroom has a king size bed with a Purple mattress that has never been laid on without a waterproof mattress cover! Washer and dryer hookups in the front closet. This was a $90,000 rig in 2013!! The fifth wheels they are making now are falling apart on their first trips, not this one it was made with quality in mind.

Im 64 and 250lb and I don't feel cramped in this rig at all. The shower is taller than most rvs and the bathroom is separated from the shower so both have ample room. The bed well its a standard king size so its like a house on wheels. The living room is so tall I have to get one a chair or ladder to change light bulbs or clean the celling fan, you wont be cramped in this rig. I have every receipt and owners manual for all the systems and everything the previous owner and I myself have had done to this rig.

It does have some minor hail damage on the bottom skirts, they can be changed out if you want, I just spent almost 16k on the roof and plastic so I didn't replace the bottom skirting.

I wish I could keep it but I moved to Alaska and don't want to let it just set its to nice of a rig someone should be enjoying it! There is so many things I love about this rig and in the future if I buy another it will be like this one or I wont buy it! If you have any questions please call me I will be more than happy to answer your questions and if I don't know the answer I will tell you I don't know. I want the new owner to be happy with it and take care of it.

For some reason I can't upload all the photos so if interested let me know and I will figure out how to get them to you.
