178BHSKX. Used only 4 times (1 was in town)! It has been to 2 TN parks, KY, and Alabama. Excellent condition! This trailer has been stored inside and is approx. 23' long. It is the top of the line Platinum edition. Dry weight is 4483 lbs. Kitchen area has microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, and 2 burner stovetop. Sittings/sleeping options are a murphy bed / couch (queen size bed), 2 bunks double bed size, and the dining table which easily converts. Dining area is u-shaped and the table top can swivel to help with cooking or ez in and out of the sitting areaSuburban heating 20,000 BTU Furnace13,500 BTU roof mounted a/c. Solar Panel! Inside storage is on both sides of the couch, under the couch, under the dining seats, and under the lowest bunk in addition to some kitchen and bathroom spaces. Exterior storage has pass through compartment up front and a large area in the back which contains an outside fridge and griddle (never used). There is an outdoor shower, awning lights, indoor bluetooth speaker, FULL propane tank, 2 batteries, electrical hook up, the bunks have curtains that can be drawn - good for napping or added privacy, usb outlets throughout, extra protection underneath, spare tire mounted, and electric jack. Camper sway bars & hitch included which retailers wont include! The only thing that will need attention will be the awning eventually. Upon our first time backing it into the garage, we tore the awning in a few spots - just the vinyl. We repaired with Gorilla tape and it has been fine so far (see pics). Why are we selling? We are considering a motorhome that may be a little easier coming and going than a pull behind camper trailer.. Serious inquiries only. We do not need help selling this camper.
