This 2022 Sabre 37FLL is a fifth wheel perfect for the whole family. It has a full kitchen with a full-size residential 12v refrigerator (Love this fridge), 1.6 cubic 900-watt microwave, 3-burner gas range, kitchen table, coffee bar, and two large pantries. The front living room has two sleeper sofas, with room for 2 additional recliners or love seats, a 55" Smart TV, an integrated audio receiver, and an electric fireplace. The primary bedroom has availability for a king-size bed (currently only has a queen size mattress) with large storage underneath, two closets, pullout drawers, overhead cabinets, and washer/dryer combo behind a full-length mirror closet. There is a small loft for storage, above the bathroom, that is the equivalent of a queen-size bed. There is also a large loft above the bedroom with built-in cabinets, space for two twin beds, and extra storage. Total Sleeping Capacity: 8 USB outlets are conveniently located throughout the rig. Outside, there is a small second refrigerator, gas cooktop, Bluetooth speakers, large 20 awning with integrated lighting, Goodyear Endurance tires, and large pass-through storage with slide out tray on passenger side and auto leveling jacks and backup camera. 4 Slide outs, 3 with protection over slide covers (kitchen one tore off during 1st voyage, driver error) Reason for selling is lifestyle change. We only actually traveled in this trailer 3 times, once to Oregon and 2 times to Westport. We spent most of the time parked with 2 people and 2 cats living in it FT.
