This beautiful recreation vehicle only has 9100 miles on it and was built on a proven Ford F-53 chassis with 22,000 lbs. to 26,000 lbs. GVWR and a 320 HP Ford V10 engine. The exterior offers full painted graphics with a clearcoat finish, Dura Shield protection on the front cap, an automatic step for the entrance door, undercoating and hydraulic leveling jacks. This package includes a towed vehicle, a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Both RV and tow vehicle are well maintained and in excellent condition.

This coach is extremely roomy with four side-outs. Will comfortably sleep six with a king bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa, the dinette table converts to a small bed, and there are two full recliners.

There are three smart TVs. A 42-inch with a motorized lift system in the main living area with a Bose sound bar, a 32-inch in the bedroom, and a 32-inch outside. All TVs are able to connect to the roof mounted Winguard Direct TV satellite Dish, cable TV connection located in the shore power compartment, or of course any streaming service. There is also a Bose stereo system in the drivers area.

The kitchen has a three-burner gas stove top and a convection microwave. Also includes a stainless-steel double sink with countertop covers for additional surface space. The stand-up refrigerator/freezer has a built-in ice maker. Next to the refrigerator is a five-shelf pullout storage area that provides ample space for storage. All cabinets and drawers throughout the coach include style and functionality with handmade cabinetry with concealed hinges and soft close drawers, polished solid surface countertops with a hand-laid backsplash for an elegant touch.

It has one full bathroom. The stand-up shower has tri glass doors, a porcelain toilet, stainless steel oval sink, vanity, and a medicine cabinet with a mirror.

Storage is abundant with storage cabinets everywhere to include above the drivers area, above the recliners, under the entrance steps, in the kitchen area, a dry bar in the dining area, under both dinette benches, pull out five shelve pantry, large hallway closet, under and next to the bathroom sink, there are nine in the master bedroom to include a wardrobe area. Additionally, the primary bed lifts to access more storage. The outside cargo area has ten storage areas. The outside cargo areas also house the propane tank, house batteries, Oman 5100 generator, freshwater tank for when you are not hooked up to city water, plumbing station to included city water hook up, outside shower, black and gray water tank draining station, inverter compartment, and your shore power electrical cord.

This class A motor coach is a full-time home for one person. There has never been an animal or smoker in the unit. It is parked 95% of the time. With only 9100 miles driven it is in excellent condition. All routine maintenance was conducted at the dealership. Recently, the following improvements were completed to provide the new owners with a refreshed unit.

Additional equipment included with the purchased of the RV package is electrical adapters for 30- and 10-Amp hook ups, all plumbing hoses, flow meters, any remaining water filters, several garden type hoses, tank cleaning material, tank flush king fixture, and wheel covers. All towing gear is included with the purchase of the TOAD. The towing system is a Blue Ox system with tow bars, safety cables, electrical connections, all connections installed on vehicle, emergency brake system, and a 10,000 lb. hitch. I have all paperwork associated with the RV to include owners manuals for major equipment.

All this for $150,000. If you desire not to purchase the tow vehicle, I will remove all towing equipment and the cost for the RV stand alone is $135,000.
