• Added Lagun table improves versatility to the lounge configuration

• 1 owner. Van bought new from (and all electronics worked performed by) Beaver Motors in PA
• De-badged (no branding on the outside)

What needs help:

• Time to change the Alde heating fluid
• External propane tank works but needs rust refurbishing
• Pop top roof needs new lift arm installed
• Manual awning not closing fully (98%) 
• Needs new tires
• Some minor cabinet work needed
