RV Description
Super clean, well-kept rig that has very light wear & tear. Used as a part-time tiny home by single female (no kids, no pets, no boyfriends - in other words VERY LIGHTLY used and well-treated). Regularly scheduled maintenance done promptly and have paperwork. Even though I purchased this rig brand new to be used as a tiny home, I was really only in it part-time, due to having a job which requires frequent international travel. It ended up being a part-time crash pad and was only moved 4 times in its whole life (for a total of about 900 miles) Has brand new tires as of last year. Has been in covered storage for the past year. Replaced front living AC unit approximately 2 years ago. Bedroom AC has brand new fan.
This rig has the residential package with nice large refrigerator & additional mid-bunk room. I removed the sleeper sofa from the bunk room, as I didn't need the additional sleeping space. So that room can be used as an office or you can easily put another sleeper sofa or bunkbeds as needed. Many possibilities. Also has a small apartment sized washer & spin dryer which I added.
