This 5th wheel was purchased by our family last fall to take a sabbatical trip. We spent about 3 total months in it while travelling. We were the 3rd owner. The 2nd owner did not travel in it much and he told us the first owners were an older couple. The tires had plenty of tread and were the original when we bought. We replaced all four tires last fall after having a flat on the side of the highway. We added a battery as well as a few other minor things. All systems function well on it. Outdoor kitchen with fridge was amazing. Looks like there is a setup for an outdoor tv but did not come with it. We just spent several hours as a family washing and waxing it. Roof looks good and AC works great. Works on 30 amp power. Sleeping for 9. About 32' long. We hauled it with a 2500 duramax but it says it can haul w/ a 1500. Full price includes the really nice anderson hitch and all hoses and handy assortment of sewer setup gear. Price is negotiable but will not include all gear if lower offer accepted.
