Full dry bath, central A/C and heat, separate queen bedroom with privacy doors, 2 full size bunks, full size dinette and small convertible sofa sleeper. Weight distribution hitch makes for better towing. Two TV's, large pantry, lots of storage inside and out. Two 9-gallon propane tanks, we added a second battery. Almost new tires. Porcelain toilet, 16 foot awning. New large stainless steel sink and bedroom blinds. Inside and out sound system, outdoor shower and more. Clean inside and out. Linens and dishes included (if you want). Have complete manual with set up, breakdown instructions and all specs and appliance manuals. Dry weight 5,893/GVWR 7,635. We have loved this rig, but are now empty nesters so have downsized. Lots of life left for family and friends to make great lifetime memories. Located in Windsor just off Shiloh and Old Redwood Hwy.
