I bought this RV new in 2017 and have all the original paperwork including the origin of manufacture document  and clear title. I also have the installation and operating manuals for every system. The trailer is pristine inside and out.
It is equipped with the following:
LED lights throughout including exterior lights on the rear ramp and entry door, a full bed with a new mattress not a foam pad, air conditioning, thermostatically controlled propane furnace, swivel recliners, a drop down counter, kitchen sink, microwave, two burner gas cooktop with exhaust fan lighted hood, air fryer oven, frig/freezer that runs on AU/DC/LPG, full bath with tub, shower, toilet, vanity with sink, medicine cabinet and mirror, roof exhaust fan and skylight window, 30 amp system with outside outlet, 40 gal fresh water tank, forty gallon separate black/grey water tank, four corner leveling/stabilizer scissor jacks and 4500 lb capacity rear ramp. I used it to haul my Harley Davidson Street Glide. It will hold a snowmobile, two dirt bikes, an ATV or 50" side by side. The unit is 10' 6" tall, 84 1/2" wide, 23' long, with 7' 6" of stand-up head room inside. There are two roof vents and two side vents. All the window and door screens are perfect. The tongue jack was replaced by an electric jack with lights. I removed a couch that folds down to make a bed for two children and replaced it with the swivel recliners. If you prefer the couch/bed, i still have it and it is perfect. The unit comes with a $600 load leveling hitch with anti-sway bars and tows like a dream. I parked this RV permanently at the Mud Lake, Idaho Airport and lived in it during the summer months while working as a cropduster pilot there. It was covered when not in use and has very few miles on it. Every system functions perfectly. You won't find a nicer trailer for this price. Thanks for  looking.
