For Sale: 2014 Heartland Bighorn 3570 RS Low-Mileage Luxury Fifth Wheel

This 2014 Heartland Bighorn 3570 RS is a really nice sized fifth wheel that has great style and functionality. With only 5000 miles on the odometer, this RV is practically brand new and ready for your next adventure.

We bought this RV from an older couple that used it very little due to failing health in 2021 during Covid. We used it less than 10 times and haven't used it in two years. So, it has very little usage for its age.

The spacious interior is elegantly designed with high-quality materials and finishes. The living area is equipped with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV with surround sound making it the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. The swivel rockers and couch that folds out to a bed are very comfortable, but they're made of the faux leather material and will need to be reupholstered (Hence the furniture covers) and the large outside awning has water damage.

The gourmet kitchen is a campers dream, equipped with a spacious refrigerator/freezer to keep all your groceries fresh and liquid refreshments cold. There's a four-burner stove, never used oven, and a microwave that are more than suitable for preparing "home-cooked" meals. There is also ample cabinetry and a large pantry for all your storage needs. The kitchen area also has a stylish double sink and solid-surface countertops for easy prep and cleanup.

The master bedroom is a serene retreat, offering a plush king-sized bed for restful nights. Generous storage, including an under-bed compartment, dual wardrobes, a safe, and a dresser. A vacuum system is included and a hook-up for a washer and dryer set.

With multiple slide-outs, this RV offers plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and enjoy their own space.

Outside, the Bighorn has a large awning and plenty of storage for all of your camping gear in the basement and plenty of room in the garage for your extras like tools, jacks, maybe a portable generator. The exterior is sleek and aerodynamic, making for a smooth and efficient towing experience.

This RV has been gently used, with minimal wear due to its low mileage and limited trips.

For full transparency: The faux leather furniture (swivel rockers and sofa) shows peeling and is covered; reupholstering will refresh the interior to your taste. And the awning has minor water damage, which can be repaired or replaced.

All systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) are well-maintained and fully operational.
