Firm on the pricing, this is a rock bottom, close-out unit that is being sold ‘AS-IS’ with all sales final. Due to cosmetic wear and tear, which will be covered shortly, this awesome RV is being sold at a greatly reduced price. All systems work, the LPG Onan QG 3600 generator starts right up and runs like a champ (and only has 56hrs run time), there are no signs (visually or odor) of any water leaks, and the chassis is a Mercedes 3500 powered by a 3.0L V6 turbo diesel engine, and with only 50,141mi, it is just getting broken in. It starts immediately, and drives with the best comfort and luxury that you could expect from any RV. Truly, if you haven’t driven a Mercedes diesel RV, you will be pleasantly surprised with how nicely they handle compared with most traditional RV chassis. With two slide outs, a beautiful full-body paint job, rear stabilizer jacks, full fiberglass roof, a Mercedes chassis, and more, this unit was built to be a premium RV offering.

All the cosmetic negatives of this RV can be seen in the listed photos. The downsides to this unit are that the awning fabric has pin-holes, the awning light strip doesn’t turn on, the fabric on the couch and captain’s chairs is beginning to flake, there is a chip in the slide-out trim valence, a chip in the veneer of the countertop, and the bedroom curtain needs to be either retightened or replaced. The ceiling above the front bunk bed looks to be grubby from kids putting their feet up against it while laying on their back. The front tires are from 2021 and the rear tires are likely to be original (the date stamps are set facing inward so were not confirmed). 

Overall, the negatives account for about $3-4k in estimated repairs if done by a shop, and a fraction if done by a DIYer. With a current book value over $50k, this unit is a truly excellent value for the balance between positives and negatives.
