In Bellevue, PA (near Pittsburgh). Beautiful and in great condition. Watch the YouTube video (link at bottom) and you will see. Workhorse custom chassis, powered by Vortec 8100 GM Chevy. Turns over on first crank, runs smooth. Mechanical inspection of House was done May 9 by well-known local mobile RV mechanic. He is happy to talk with someone serious about purchasing. Said 98% of everything was in excellent shape. All appliances working, AC/Heat, Water/Gas, slide-out rooms, almost everything in very good shape. Roof is great, no water damage anywhere. Probably needs new hot water heater, and there's a mostly-cosmetic dent in two of the rear jockey (storage) boxes.

Purchased in 2022, and driven up from Florida at that time. Has been regularly maintained since then, but mostly parked. Owner is my brother, who is a great mechanic, but can no longer attend to it, due to health issues.

My brother bought it from the original owner - a couple that had it for 18 years. A Korean War vet (and wife) that maintained extensive service records for everything that was ever done to the vehicle, with all receipts still in the original Winny accordion folder, along with brochures on all components. They drove from their hometown of Altoona PA, made a couple circuits around the US, and stayed a majority of the time in the Southwest (AZ, SoCal). So not alot of wear and tear on this vehicle, and no weather damage. This is a very nice RV, especially for the price.
