After 40 years and several motorhomes in which we spent many months traveling, learning, loving and entertaining kids and grandkids, we are now in our 80's and failing health says it's time to let her go! You won't find a coach in better condition and better equipped with just 26,000 miles at this price. This is a well-equipped motorhome. The interior is light, bright, and spacious! With the king bedroom, the dinette sleeper, the sofa sleeper, the unique office/bunkhouse and the retractable loft, it will sleep 10. (My wife and I claim it only sleeps 2!)

The kitchen is beautiful and with its coffee bar/hutch/buffet and pantry, theres lots of room to make delicious meals with the upgraded convection microwave and a built-in dishwasher to speed clean-up. The living room has lots of space for relaxing and entertaining with a large TV/Entertainment Center and Fireplace. Plenty of storage on the interior and exterior for all your gear.

Exterior mounted LP Grill and an LP Fire Pit, both with connections to the onboard LP tank. Has always been stored in a covered facility. Also included are thousands of dollars of additional parts and pieces, towels, sheets, knives, cups, plates, and countless other items you will ultimately need to make motorhome traveling easier and more fun.

Deficiencies :

The only known issues are some wear in the vinyl of the two captains chairs, a bent curtain rail that does not interfere with its operation and some normal wear.

Note: The bunk-room has been converted to a pantry/closet with multi-tiered storage (all pieces available to easily return to its original bunk house condition)
