Up for sale from the original owner is a meticulously maintained 2017 Forest River RPod 178 Hood River Edition. This is the Green Themed version (early year run) that has been gently used through its entire life. 2-5 trips per year and virtually all pavement travel, and only by my Wife and I. We have meticulously maintained this RPod since new, with full documentation. Some examples in maintained include resealing the exterior. Once this was done in June of 2019 (full seal) and again last year (partial seal). Absolutely no water leaks ever. Trailer always covered in winter time and includes newer trailer cover used just this last winter. A shelf was installed above the bed in the back for storage. Panel underneath the Drivers side cushion for the kitchen table was cut and hinged to allow access to storage inside (like food). Absolutely everything works and with zero problems. The Convection Oven/Microwave was never used and is like new. Stovetop panel has been redone in tasteful dark brown power coating. The Refrigerator operates on battery or propane. The Heater works as it should with never any issues. Original Hot Water Heater works as it should with no concerns. The original mattress has a foam top for more comfort. The interior, including the paneling & cushions are stain-free and present as nearly new. This RPod has always been smoke free since new. This RPod operates on two Sterling 6-volt batteries purchased two years ago. They were just checked by my RV Dealer and are operating almost like new state. Never any issues with charging. Is equipped with a TV and Stereo in good working condition. There is no sag in the Slide Out. It is only out when in use and works as it should. There are no cracks, rusting, or warping in or on the frame. The tires are American made Hercules and in good shape, including the spare. They were installed in 2018. Axles were packed last year. There is some fading with the Clearcoat on the top and the logo on the back is worn some. This was caused by the cover rubbing on it when in use. All paperwork, including operating manuals, maintenance records, and two keys, will come with this RPod. Please check my pictures and videos on this awesome RPod.

Bonus section: We are getting out RV'ing. There are several things that we are going to leave with the trailer since we will not need them again. The first one, with an agreed price, will include a Champion Electric Start Dual Fuel 3400w Generator with cover in excellent condition (a $1000 value). This generator will easily power the AC when boondocking (do not use the convection microwave at the same time). I have only used the propane side of the generator (the propane tank is included). Comes with Owners Manual. Also including are ZAMP Solar Panels that easily fold up into a case and stored underneath (they plug into an outlet outside). Several small items needed to operate the trailer in any travel mode, will be included. Also included will be items used both inside and outside the trailer. Some will be just things you might use while camping.

This RPod has been dewinterized, all systems checked, and is ready for the season. Do not let this opportunity slip by. I have never had any large or costly problems with this RPod. Needed maintenance always performed, regardless of cost. Bring your favorite Tow Vehicle, hitch up, and get your camping season started.
