The trailer is like new and has been garaged at my home since I purchased it in 2017. It is a nice size for both RV resorts and ocean/forest camping. The popular rear kitchen/dining layout is a plus. The kitchen includes Corian countertops with sink covers, many cupboards, and a large pantry as well as clean new condition appliances. The dining/living slide out contains a bench style dining table, a loveseat and recliner. The table and loveseat both convert to beds for extra sleeping areas. The entertainment system includes an HD TV that can be used with cable, antenna, or a satellite system(included). It also includes a stereo system with inside and outside speakers. The bedroom has a Beauty Rest mattress with 4 inch topper for extra comfort as well as bedside upper and lower storage cabinets, nightstands, overhead reading lights and under bed storage. The bathroom includes a wraparound glass shower enclosure and sink vanity with mirror and cabinets as well as a large 3 shelf wall cabinet that slides out with the bedroom closet and dresser.

The fifth wheel includes 2 AC units, 2 10 gallon propane tanks, 2 deep cycle batteries, and electric landing gear and stabilizers with remote. The 2 slides, electric awning, and outside lights can also be accessed with remote control. It is wired for solar. The Jayco Eagle HT fifth wheel contains lots of storage both inside and out. Must see to appreciate.

2007 Dodge Dually 4 door Extra cab truck is in excellent condition with only 82,000 miles. It has a 5.9 Cummins engine and automatic transmission.
