Selling our 2015 Winnebago Trend 23B. Purchased essentially new in 2017 with 3,000 miles and have added an additional 48,118 miles.

  Powered by the 2014 Ram Promaster 3500 3.5L V-6. The chassis has been well maintained with all records available. Some highlights are SumoSprings Bump Stops installed in rear and Coil SumoSprings in the front. New tires on 12/22 and in 7/23 spark plugs and fuel injectors replaced along with the camshaft position sensor.

  The living area works for 4, which we had, and great for 2. Full bathroom in the rear with storage closet. Two burner cooktop with ample storage above and pantry on the side. Microwave/convection oven next to a mid-size refrigerator. Dinette booth curb side with 3-point seat belts for seats facing forward. The dinette table can collapse, and seat cushions laid flat for a 38” x 72” sleeping area. Along the driver’s side wall is a 48” x 72” sofa/bed with lap belts for three passengers. The sofa/bed and dinette can be combined to make a large 70” x 87” sleeping area. Lastly there is a 58” x 78” loft bed above the dinette and sofa which lowers from the ceiling. The entertainment center can be used internally for movies and music and externally through two speakers on the curb side. There is 20” LCD TV for viewing from the dinette and 32” LCD TV when on the sofa.

  Notable upgrades include 30-amp surge guard hardwired, heating system for wastewater tanks and upgraded tankless hot water heater (Girard GSWH-2). Storage compartments above driver and passenger seats. Exterior storage closet near the rear curb side.
