Hi there. My name is Carol Koon and I am located in Belmont MS along with this beautiful 2013 Phaeton 36GH. This motorhome is located at Belmont RV Park in Belmont MS and is in great condition. I am assisting the current owners with the sale of their motorhome as they have purchased a newer Tiffin motorhome to continue their travels in. All total, this 36GH is their 3rd Tiffin Motorhome, and the one that they just purchased is number 4. They are longtime owners of Tiffin branded motorhomes so they are very familiar with how the motorhome operates and you can be sure that this is top notch.

The 36GH is such a great coach with a footprint that, while being compact, seems so very expansive. There are a TON of cabinets and just storage for days in this motorhome. It is super clean and ready to roll. The owners are original to this coach and there is a clean title to the motorhome in hand. We have a stack of maintenance records to go with the coach, as well. The current owner is detail oriented and maintenance minded so you can rest assured that nothing was left to "fester" in this coach. He addressed issues as they came up. And aside from routine maintenance for time and miles, there was never really any problems with the coach at all to speak of.
