Things that are relatively new:

- Tires are relatively new (about 2 years and very low mileage, 2023)

- Batteries were new last summer (2024).

- Propane tanks recertified last summer (2024).

- Full control panel was replaced about 2023, so the electronics are good.

Things that will need attention by the new owner:

- The front panel has some delamination. There was a minor leak on a roof seam that has since been sealed, but the front panel looks pretty bumpy. The problem is purely cosmetic at this point, but I wanted to disclose it for anyone who is interested.

- The AM/FM/CD Radio won't power on as of the last season. I think it might just need a fuse.

Great trailer! I don't want to sell it, but I just don't use it as much as I'd like.
