This unit is just over 44 feet long, with 13’6 of which is garage. 140 fresh water total holding between 2 tanks, waste tank is 104 gallons and grey water is 104 gallons. It also has two, 30 lb propane tanks and plenty of outside storage compartments underneath.

This toy Hauler has full body paint of silver with dark charcoal accents. It has three A/C units, one in each section of the unit, a generator and solar package which includes 330 watt panels and 2000 watt inverter.

The garage has 3 seasons doors with sliding windows to separate the patio from the garage, slide toppers, dual pane windows, rear patio steps and premium v4 Rockford speakers. The garage has two padded bench seats and detachable table for entertaining but can also fold down into a bed. The second queen size bed, lowers from the ceiling, sleeping 4 people total comfortably. With its own TV, AC unit and 1 full shower bathroom, the decorative door separates the garage from main living areas, giving full privacy and comfort when needed!

The interior color package is silver maple. The living room has theater style recliners with heated massaging seats and cup holders, a fireplace and TV. The loft can accommodate a twin sized mattress (included) or it can double as extra storage. The unit has a pantry style storage closet for easy snack accessibility. It boasts a full stove with oven and microwave, nestled between extra countertop space for a coffee bar and a full residential refrigerator. With more counter space and storage, the island includes 2 bar stools and a separate expandable dinette table, with four free standing chairs; Two of which collapse when needed. This unit also has a built in central vacuum system.

Headed up the stairs to the master bedroom with the king size bed upgrade, includes the upgraded Brooklyn Hybrid mattress. You can access the full bathroom shower/tub combo from the bedroom, as well as access from the main entry hallway. Hangable closet space and drawers for both him and her, as well as washer & dryer units hidden between but separate from the closets. Finally, the master also has a dresser with drawers and a hidden compartment at the foot of the bed, as well as a TV hanging above.
