The DRV Mobile Suites is considered a “top of the line” Fifth Wheel that is produced on the market and for good reason.  It has a 15” triple stacked box tube frame, 3” thick floor, 3 1/4 thick walls and 1/4” thick gel oat, custom painted exterior w/clear coat, frameless tinted safety glass window, and a residential 5 duct heating system w/6” ducting, etc, etc.
The 40kssb4 model is a rear living floor plan with the living room and kitchen on the main level and the bath, laundry and master bedroom on the raised level which is a very popular model that makes living in a fifth wheel so nice and comfortable that you don’t want to go back home. As a matter of fact this model is still being produced today.
The spacious interior has real cherry wood cabinetry with matching tan leather look couch and love seat that is 2 years old and each seat reclines into a footrest making watching TV or reading a book quite nice or enjoying the cozy fireplace that adds warmth to the cool mornings or evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances which consists of dishwasher, residential 3 door refrigerator, 3 burner electric stovetop with residential oven, and a convection/microwave oven.  Also a large kitchen island that makes meal preparation a snap plus a large pantry.
The raised level has the bathroom with a residential electric flush toilet, a side-by-side washer/dryer and a KING sleep number bed plus a central vacuum system. 
This Fifth Wheel also has an onboard generador so if your electricity ever goes out, you've got it covered. We also replaced an air conditioner in April, 2025.
The DRV was designed to withstand the rigors of travel and provide years of dependable use and holds up to 100 gallons of fresh water, 75 gallons of grey water and 50 gallons of black water. We have enjoyed owning this DRV and hope it finds the next owner who will enjoy it just as much.
