We bought it in early 2020 used, one previous owner that kept it in perfect shape. We as well have serviced the RV and anything that broke we got repaired. This RV is ready to go on a trip. All you need is $ and clothes and your off on incredible adventures!

We are downsizing due to retirement and that is the reason we are selling. the RV has a clear title and all the necessary basics included (50A cable + 10ft extension, 15A and 30A. pigtails, flexible city water hose, rhino sewage hose, RV TP, black and grey tank tablets and a lot more basic RV consumables.

2017 Thor Motor Coach Outlaw 37RB is one of the last with pre-tablet/digital control but has 2 remote control units that control awnings, extensions. Current mileage is 31,887 miles

The 37RB floorplan we love. The bed slide comes our passenger side and the living area slides to the driver side. The bed above the driver/passenger has never been used, the Dream Dinette we have used in a dinette mostly, with the bed mode mostly for lot's of pillows using as a "loveseat". We did last year had the seat cushions refoamed. The main bedroom is a queen bed, plenty of storage and clothes space. In times of loud snoring, the wife retreats to the loft (stairs are in the bedroom - later models you get in and out from garage). Added a fantastic reversible fan to the loft with remote so plenty airflow in and out as needed. Nice touch of this model is that the toilet/sink and the shower are 2 different areas - but by opening the toilet door all the way and sliding the bedroom door closed, you have a private bathroom with extra space as one room!

The standout features of the Outlaw 37RB is the garage area, which can be used to store motorcycles, ATVs, or other outdoor gear. Ive seen videos of smart cars in there, people make them a home office area, but really its is amazing the versatility of the garage. The garage sides have foldup benches, making it a nice lounge area, that also fold out flat, and with the middle attachment, wala - big bed! And there's a separate A/C in the garage.

By quickly changing from loading/offloading garage ramp, it becomes a amazing deck, with railings, AND a awning!! (FYI the new models - eg wild west edition) do not have a awning on the rear deck! The entertainment is cool! In the Garage, an am/fm/bluetooth system that has 2 sets of selectable speakers, one just inside the garage and another outside on the passenger side fun area/outside tv area.

There are 4 TV's - Bedroom has a Fire TV, Living room, Garage and Outside TV's have firesticks. Included is the Wifi-Camp Pro 3 Mini, which I use to never change the TV wifi settings for streaming TV (we use youtube TV), you just connect the Camp Pro to the site wifi or other wifi. There is a blu-tooth player and HDMI connections to all TV's and Cable and off-air antenna to all TV's.

Improvements added in 2022 include; replaced manual vent in loft with Fantastic fan, Loft + Garage + bathroom fans added Maxxair vent covers and house/chassis batteries replaced

Improvements added in 2024 include; Dream Dinette seat cushions new foam, all 3 awnings new fabric, both slideouts topper fabric replaced, all 6 tires replaced and sway stabilizer bar added.

Also included are must have items: Garmin RV890 GPS, Viair 450P RV Portable Air compressor, two Blackwidow motorcycle chocks, Weber Traveler portable grill + telescopic ladder and much more.

Another great feature! There are 2 gas tanks - 80gal for engine/generator and 30gal for toy tank! If ya got toys --- your in heaven! If not, if you fill up main, you can finish extra fule in the toy tank, and when you get to campground or long trips in-between stops, can "transfer from toy to main and keep going!!!!!
