Nothing needs fixing or repairs on the camper, other than the license plate holder needs to be replaced but thats an easy amazon fix. The camper is used but in good shape, I also have a whole set of brand new cabinet doors that you could install so everything looks brand new. The ac and heat work great, microwave and stove top are perfect, fridge and freezer are great and work like new. Water heater and plumbing is fine, no issues. battery was replaced last summer, tires 2 summers ago but we havent used it much since. There aren't any problems with anything. We just have only used it a couple times in the past couple years so deciding to let it go. I clean it good after each use and have made sure to take care of it as much as possible as we respect and treat our stuff nice so it will last longer.

Awning came with it and yes included. Bike holders are included if you want them and they are amazing. I also installed an electric lift at the hitch which is so nice, I also installed a sway bar kit hitch mount which is amazing too. Really locks the hitch to your vehicle and strengthens connection to where is more stable on windy driving days. All included. Also has a small solar panel on roof to trickle charge battery.

This travel trailer has been an amazing camper for my family of 4. Myself, wife, 13 year old boy, and 11 year old girl. We used the bunk above the adult bed for bag storage, my son slept on the made bed using the back chairs and table bed setup. My daughter would sleep on a single cot across from the kitchen. We used it 3 years summer vacation to Colorado and a handful of other weekend trips. The camper is used but in great shape. My son and I dirt bike so we used it for transporting our dirt bikes and I installed RISK Racing lock n load pro mounts in the camper which are amazing. So easy to load dirt bikes and go. These cannot support the weight of larger street motorcycles.
