Note from Owner: We have put a lot of effort into cleaning, fixing and touching up this unit to make it ready for fun and problem free camping. Its in great condition. We replaced the sleeper sofa with a new Grand Design sofa (OEM) - sofa had a small unfixable tear in the fabric so we ordered a new one. We touched up the cabinetry and refinished the dining table, installed new tires and wheel bearings. A Tire Monitor System is also included with unit. The roof was sealed annually with UV protectant and the unit has been waxed regularly.
