You can travel the country in a two bedroom, two bath apartment on wheels. The 35F floor plan provides 2 queen beds each with its own private bathroom and TV. The fully equipped kitchen enables you to cook complete meals just like you'd do in your house--three burner propane cooktop, a new microwave/convection oven, and a spacious double door refrigerator/freezer. The coach provides every comfort and convenience that you expect in a home--all in a compact and easily managed 35 feet.

We replaced all the interior upholstery with more durable fabrics in 2022 ($7K+.) All the plumbing fixtures have been replaced and the plumbing was completely redone a few weeks ago ($2K+. New electric steps, new rear toilet, leveling jacks recently serviced. If you buy a lightly used coach, all the system failures are in your future; here we've already pushed them to the limit and repaired and upgraded or replaced as necessary to keep the coach functioning as the home we required. All systems have been continuously maintained and repaired as needed for our comfort.

Mechanically the coach is in excellent condition. Oil changes every 5K miles with synthetic. All six tires are in virtually new condition--with suspension upgrades. It's ready to hit the road today--live in it or take it camping for a week, it's ready. It's been lived in and travel tested--and it has a few nicks and dings to prove it, but cosmetic blemishes don't diminish its functionality.

I am also selling my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk SUV which we have flat towed thousands of miles with a Blue Ox Tow package. This is an excellent option for towing behind this or any other motorhome. Well maintained, great condition and it already has the baseplate and wiring harness for the legal tow lights. I am asking $18,500. Mileage is just under 92,000.
