RV Description
Our Airstream Interstate Grand Tour EXT Twin is in great condition. She has served us well, but we have decided to go a different direction in our travels. All standard equipment (including generator and solar), unmodified other than an upgraded in-dash Kenwood stereo/navigation system that has wireless Apple CarPlay. Tires and brakes are recent, all service is up to date. Recent Lifeline AGM Batteries. Battery charger/Inverter replaced with identical OEM unit two years ago.
Everything works as intended except three of the power shades (need new motors - we considered going to manual shades). There is one scratch with a slight dent - see photos.
Storage is phenomenal - we never filled it up. The twin layout is great - and they pull together to make a double (original filler mattress pieces included). Although we generally left it in the twin bed configuration.
Power rear screen (it's great seeing with the back doors open) and a large sliding screen door at the slider. Custom window screens for the front doors (used once). Dining table stows neatly behind the driver's seat, and there is a flip up Corian desk as well, which matches the table and the galley counters.
Hot and cold pressure water, two burner propane stove, drawer type microwave oven. Great fridge and freezer capacity (both run on either 110v or 12v). Airconditioning (110v "shore" power or generator). Propane heat. Video rear view mirror can display rear or blind spot views (automatically shows blind spot with turn signals). Blind spot warning, and lane departure wanting.
Factory tow hitch and 7 pin connector for those who wish to tow.
Two televisions, and a DVD player. We removed the rear TV while we used it but it has been reinstalled - can easily be removed again.
Original bedspreads included - we never used them. There are fitted Airstream sheets for the twin berths.
