This 2022 Coachmen Northern Spirit Ultra Lite 1943RB, dry weight of 4484lbs, is in excellent condition!

This trailer has been used 3 times by a senior couple, no kids or pets, and is stored under cover when not in use as seen in photo. Tons of interior space with "max storage" under the bed. Very large front storage compartment accessible from both sides. Powered tongue jack with light, and front LED light on front of camper for late night arrival and setup.

The kitchen is spacious with 4 draws and 2 cabinets under the sink, cabinets above as seen, 40-inch LED TV, high faucet with pull out spray hose. A bar height counter with 2 cushioned comfortable stools. The counter is large enough to comfortably eat at and convenient with plenty of room to keep things at a convenient reach. Set 2 plates to eat comfortably at counter height, or sit at the couch with a dining table that is free standing and able to be moved to your convenience. 2 cutting boards, fitted to the sinks and recessed for travel so they stay put. Good size 12V Refrigerator and freezer.

The moment you step in you'll be impressed with this units size, it's very spacious with lots of storage. Good air flow, great AC, and solar package if you want to take off the grid and boondock.

The bedroom features a comfortable real 60x80 queen-size bed. Again, plenty of storage above, beside with 2 wardrobe cabinets, a counter on both sides with USB ports, and a lower cabinet. Lift assist mattress to access Max storage underneath the bed with still more drawers for your outdoor needs.

The bathroom is complete with a shower, porcelain toilet, and sink. I'm 6' 1\' 230lbs and fit in the shower. 6 gallon hot water heater that is really hot, and has fast recovery with both electric and propane heat.

The living area includes a sleeper sofa with a free standing dining table for 2, creating a cozy space to relax and unwind. Table can be folded and moved, or removed. Couch is a more upscale couch than most campers and opens to a bed, with good comfortable supportive cushions.

Outside, power awning, outdoor speakers, and again plenty of storage compartments for all your gear.

With its Azdel walls, no fear of delamination. We keep it looking like new. Nothing is broken, nothing is wrong. It really is well kept and is a must see. You won't be disappointed.
