ENGINE

The tried and true Ford Triton V10 workhorse has just over 1,000 hours of runtime and has been well maintained. Regular oil and filter changes (every 3,000 - 5,000 miles), no leaks, and “purrs like a kitten”. Coupled with the 6 speed transmission, the Triton provides more than enough power to pull a vehicle if desired and climb hills.

TIRES

Bridgestone 245/70R19 tires (April 2022) are in excellent condition and have less than 10,000 miles of travel time. All six tires have valve extenders to make inflation adjustments easily accessible. The Pressure Pro tire pressure monitoring system keeps track in real-time of each tires inflation. Four (4) Additional sensors come with the unit for use on a tow vehicle.

COCKPIT

Comfortable Captains chairs for both driver and passenger make traveling relaxing. The drivers-side seat has 9 way motorized adjustments. Side view mirrors can be heated on demand and are electrically adjustable while sitting in the driver’s seat. The console monitor is GPS and SiriusXM ready and allows for continuous rear camera viewing if desired. The hydraulic Leveling System controls are conveniently located on the driver’s side console.

LIVING AREA

With opposing slide outs (driver and passenger sides), the Living Area opens up into a virtual family room with plenty of area for dining, watching TV, or just some good ole conversation. With two lounge chairs opposite the fully retractable TV, watching a movie is quite comfortable. Both Captains Chairs in the cockpit can be swiveled to face the living area for additional conversation or TV seating.

KITCHEN/DINING

The kitchen area is spacious with more than enough Corian countertop space, multiple cabinets, and double stainless steel sink. The three burner propane stove (with exhaust fan that really does exhaust) offers ample cooking area. The refrigerator is larger than most typical RV units and automatically switches to propane power while driving or if shore power should fail. A two level pantry with slide out shelving makes for convenient food item storage.

BEDROOM

The bedroom (3rd slide out) features a full Queen bed with mattress and virgin latex topper (3 inch), double wardrobes, second TV, and amble drawers and cabinets for personal storage. The bed platform raises up (with hydraulic lift assist) to offer additional storage under the bed. Note: The two additional, matching dining chairs are stowed in this compartment, but there is still plenty of extra storage area in the space. The Queen bed is “walk around” allowing entry and exit from either side of the bed.

MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY FEATURES

The unit has been very well maintained with regular oil changes, greasing of tie rods and king pins twice annually, regular washes and wax jobs (roof twice annually, body once annually). Tires, rubber slide out seals, and slide out canopies are treated regularly with UV protective treatments.

Safety features include Side View cameras as well as rear camera; Safety-Plus Steering Stabilizer (lifetime warranty); rear Trac Bar anti-sway stabilizer; and Koni shock absorbers.
