This is a 1 owner beautiful Grand Dessing camper, due to our kids taking all our time and priorities. The camera never went further than Dinosaur park just 4 hours away. We are selling at an amazing price for someone to get and make their own. It comes with a fifth wheel hitch if needed. Everything works and will need a one new skylight in kitchen area, the skylight had some damage while removing snow and sealed until replaced after snow was removed. No water etc damage visible or needing repairs. I wanted to be clear with the pricing, we live in Steamboat area and haven't used the Camper for probably 4 years, it has been stored at our house and moved around occasionally during different seasons, always stored on asphalt and maybe used it only 20 or so times before that here locally. We took into effect some things might need to be fixed or cleaned up. We would be willing to lower the price again as it will need a new Fridge (they are expensive $4,500) as our fridge works just fine but us or a guest left bear meat in the freezer and we can't seem to remove the spoiled meat odor form freezer itself, works just fine. We are very fair and happy to show the Camper as-is. It pulls amazing and with a little elbow grease would be an amazing camper. We are willing to take an additional $7,000 off original listed price of $35,000 making it only $28,000 to ensure everything was fixed and like new, the listing price was already amazing and this is the best deal by far online.
