RV Description
Camping season is starting, and you don't want to miss out on this beauty.
If you have kept track of how the cost of all RVs is climbing and the work is not up to par, then this remodeled Scamp may be your answer. The SCAMP 19 is a stylish and functional Fifth Wheel trailer. Perfect for all your travel with a sleek design and durable construction, this trailer is sure to turn heads on the road. The SCAMP 19 provides ample space for all your camping essentials, including a comfortable sleeping area, kitchenette, and bathroom facilities. Its compact yet versatile layout makes it easy to tow and maneuver, making it an ideal choice for both novice and experienced travelers alike. Whether you're heading out on a weekend getaway or embarking on a cross-country adventure, the SCAMP 19 has everything you need to make your journey comfortable and memorable.
This beauty has been remodeled inside and out. She has a professional paint job and has been kept in the pole barn. Only used on two occasions: a trip out to Seattle and a fishing trip up North. 30 amp.
Here are the upgrades made: Two dressers (from Wayfair, anchored in so no slip and slide. The drawers have latches so they stay closed when on the move.) for extra storage.
Floor repaired/ replaced.
Cabinets restored; all doors rebuilt and replaced.
New: Furnace, water heater, 2 water pumps, gray water tank and freshwater tank replaced, (all brand new, from Scamp) axle and tires. All wiring replaced, all water lines replace and new gas lines. Shower basin and back wall replaced, AC replaced along with both vents, new cooktop (that alone was $500), Toilet is a new OGO Compost with Free Coco compost medium (cost $985), new RV queen mattress, the dinette cushions were all replaced professionally, new oversized converter/charger, frame was checked and undercoated, body was professionally painted and decals installed along belly molding, hitch also included. We also have an awning (brand new) still in the box it came in. We have a screen house so didn't feel the need to use the awning. I guess I should explain the pinecones on the bed. No mice because I place cinnamon covered pinecones in all the campers we have. Mice hate cinnamon. Google SCAMP for tongue and total weight information, it hasn't changed.
It has been housed in the pole barn all winter since we came back from the trip up north.
We refurbished this Scamp with the intention of keeping it forever. That's why the whole thing was done brand new. But we found an older Air Stream trailer and so the refurbishing of it begins. Love a project and this will be the 5th RV I have remodeled. Love a project.
