Room darkening pull down shades, motion activated lights inside at doors and outside storage compartments, water heater is electric or propane, AC cools unit down quickly with ability to reduce humidity inside-very nice feature. Has rain gutters, ladder, 2 doors, solar panel, 20 ft awning, dual axles, 2 propane tanks, and is a 4 season trailer. NOTE: special situation - no previous owners, purchased new 1 year ago, we can only purchase new and one that has been on lot for a bit due to the off gases, and our child's asthma. We're downsizing! It's next to brand new, very clean trailer :)
