This is our second RV and we have had loads of fun and memories with lots of family and friends in this RV. It is the perfect floor plan if you are taking anyone with you or lots of room and options if not.

We hate to sell it, but husbands health has not allowed us to continue travel. It will be difficult to find a used RV this clean, with low miles, versatile floorplan for lots of people, tons of storage, and in excellent condition all around. I have made sure all things are in perfect condition and if not things were fixed or replaced.

I have used the same mechanic from when the 6-year warranty ran out, for all maintenance and required work when we were not traveling and he would be happy to answer any mechanical condition questions. He just provided a major tune up with all fluids and filters change, treated jets and overall mechanical checkup. Also just removed and replaced all sealant around all roof items, including a new skylight.

This is a great RV and we have always gotten los of compliments when traveling. Even at its current age people say it looks new because of its design and care we gave it.

This RV has a mounted Falcon Tow Hitch and I have a 2003 Honda Pilot with the other part of the hitch, if interested in a tow vehicle, I will let it go also for additional amount.

Some additional offers: The outside TV has never been used, but is old. I will offer a used but great flat screen TV for free if you want it.

This RV needs nothing to be in perfect working order EXCEPT tires. They have good tread (driveable) but have timed out. I did not want to buy new tires for it to just sit.
