This beautiful low mileage bath and a half Cornerstone is in excellent condition. Featuring a 15L 600hp Cummins ISX, Spartan K3 chassis, Cummins Onan 12.5kw diesel gen set.
Interior has all leather furniture in excellent condition. This includes a three seat couch with dual reclining foot rests, a two seat couch, swivelling driver and pasenger seats and a 4 person dinette. All have plush leather apolstery. All seating excluding dinette has seatbelts.
Kitchen features quartz counters with double sink, electric induction cooktop, large microwave/convection oven, dishwasher drawer, new stainless steel over/under home refrigerator w/ice maker. Lots of kitchen cabinets with pull out slides.

The coach has just had annual maintenance at the Cummins Service Center. A new windshield has been installed and is still in perfect condition.
This is a true four-season coach that is designed to endure the temperature extremes, whether traveling through or camping in the summer or winter. Driving is smooth and quite, with plenty of power on tap to keep up with traffic. Steering is straight and effortless, with great visibility, large power mirrors and side and rear cameras.
Apple CarPlay is built into the upgraded stereo, which including upgraded speakers and large audio amp. Hands free phone calling, lane centering warning system and a 4k day/night dashcam for safety.
The Onan genset includes an "uppie-pipe" for exhaust management. It starts and runs smooth and reasonably quitely. Oil and filters changed recently.
There are two large inverters for the house power, as well as a 50 amp shore connection. The two rooftop solar panels keep the batteries topped off when not on shore power.
There is a 2½" reciever hitch for the 20,000 lb towing capacity. A brand new heavy duty towbar and electric brake booster is included for flat towing, or will accept your 2½" tow hitch adaptors for trailers.
The three rooftop 5k air conditioners work quickly and efficiently, with three zone temp control. An Aquahot 450 diesel water heater and hot air furnace works flawlessly, There is also the capability of using electric instead of diesel for heat. In-floor heating in additon to the forced air system and the electric fireplace provide numerous options for comfort.
