This is a practically brand new in excellent condition travel trailer. This RV was purchased to be smaller lighter recreational vehicle than our family has had in the past. However with our new baby and a family of 6 (2 adults 4 children) it has proven to be too small for what we need. We have only stayed in the unit for 2 nights. Many of the features of this RV have never been used. Brand new memory foam queen mattress. This RV really is practically brand new with a used price. It is priced to sell.
