Located in Belmont MS and available for showing by appointment at Belmont RV Park & for sale by owner is a 2020 Phaeton 40 IH.  This beautiful quad slide 1.5 bath on Tiffin’s Powerglide XSH chassis is a head turner.  The owners have enjoyed her for near 5 years and are looking to stay closer to home and Motorhome traveling is not in their plans.  They feel blessed to have been able to see and do all of the things that they would not have had a chance to do otherwise but feel that the time has come to pass the good times making memories in this beautiful Motorhome on to someone else. 

This is an all electric coach, equipped with an Aquahot 450 D. There is no LP on board of this coach.  The Aquahot provides endless hot water when the electric and the diesel side of the unit is combined, providing 60k total BTUs of heating power for the incoming water source to ensure that you can take that shower just like you do in your site built home.  The Aquahot also provides your furnace heat.  Unlike LP furnaces which are irritating to your sinuses because the LP heat is very drying, the Aquahot system provides a moist even heat- making for a very comfy cozy coach in the winter time.  There are 4 heat zones in this coach including the wet bay, which has its’ own thermostat,  making this a true four season RV. I personally know one lady who did several winters in Alaska in her 2016 Phaeton and the Alaskan winter did not cause her any troubles.  The cooktop is an induction cooktop and the overhead convection microwave oven with vent a hood serves as your oven.  The rear bathroom features a stack washer dryer, dual sinks, a HUGE one piece molded fiberglass shower with a clear tempered glass wall and door, exhaust fans in the rear bathroom, mid 1/2 bath, and kitchen area.  There is a residential fridge, pull out pantry that is as tall as the fridge, lots of good floor space, king sleep number bed, beautiful solid surface countertops with high rise faucet w/sprayer in the kitchen, televator, comfy electric theatre seats, a fabulous sound system with super entertainment system on 4 televisions, swivel driver/passenger chairs, and SOOOO much more.  I’d love to speak with you about this wonderful Motorhome.  Call me, Carol Koon, with any questions you have.  If you have read this far you will see that I prefer a phone call.
