This is a used RV. We bought this to accamodate my big family for long trips and a few month long stays while vacationing around the country. Recently serviced brakes. New tires last year with one trip to the rockies. Trailer is in good condition everything works. Back 4' of roof was pealed back, leak repaired and reinstalled and sealed. This was a few years ago with no new leaks. Great trailer for a family. It has two seperate sleeping quarters for privacy. Comes with hitch.
