2017 JayCo Eagle HT 27.5 fifth wheel. 50 Amp service. 3 slides make it very spacious enough that we stayed 3 months during the winter in Florida. It also has a Queen bed with topper that makes the bed even more comfortable than home. Bathroom has a private entrance from the master suite or the living area. It also has two air conditioners, that have independent thermostats. In case you want the living area or bedroom cooler. It also has 2 thirty pound propane tanks in case you have no electric. For the fridge, New water heater in April 2024, or (stove and oven) ,or the furnace. The furnace is fully ducted and like new. Only used a couple of times because we normally heat with a electric heater. Since most of the camp grounds you stay at, the electric is included. Instead of using your propane.

There are 2 TV's one in bedroom and one in living room. Are controlled by Fire Sticks and run off Electric or Predator Generator along with the micro wave.

Other up grades included at the factory were Lippert Ground Control 4 point leveling system. That works at a touch of a button. And Frameless windows. It also has a factory 2 inch receiver for a bike rack or another trailer up to 3000 lbs. It has a rear back-up camra. Topper's are installed above all 3 slide outs. Their also is a pro- pane line that comes from the tanks. Across to the door side for the outside grill.

The coach has always been maintained properly. 4 New Goodyear Endurance tires were put on Nov. 2023 and wheel bearings were packed last summer and air conditioners were serviced approx. 2500 miles ago. On the top drivers corner, there is a decal that was scraped by a tree limb (see photo) No Damage to the trailer.
