There are so many nice features and options in this fifth wheel! It is like home away from home. It has tons of storage built in, including outdoor storage. The layout is wonderful. There are USB charging areas in the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. All the windows have room darkening shades.

The living room has a leather style tri-fold hide a bed (king size) couch, and two recliners. The entertainment center has a TV that raises / lowers behind the faux rock fireplace. There is also a ceiling fan in the living room. The kitchen has tons of storage space…drawers & cabinets, dual sink, gas stove, oven, convection microwave, and residential refrigerator. A large pantry that holds everything for taking this on the road. The dinette area has 2 regular chairs, and 2 chairs that can stow away under the bed.There is also a safe under the bed.

The bedroom has a king bed, large master closet with shelving, dual hanging rods, and shoe racks, washer/dryer in the second closet, and a built in TV cabinet / drawers. The full bathroom is next to the bedroom with two doorways (one from hall and one from bedroom). It has a large shower, multiple storage cabinets, dual sinks/vanity, and commode.

It has 2 fully ducted air-conditioners, each with its own thermostat/controller. It has gas / electric heat, and the fireplace is also a heater.

The outdoor storage is easy with dual doors for the basement. There is a small outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and pull-out gas cook top. There are two awnings on the patio side.

It has frameless dark-tinted windows, slam-latch baggage doors.

Automatic leveling system, and automatic jacks for easy hooking up or unhooking.

The 1000-watt inverter is used to keep the refrigerator running while traveling. It also is connected to one plug in the bedroom.

There is under cabinet / floor lighting in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area.

Onan QG 5500 propane generator, which runs the entire RV. Included are three 30# propane tanks.

It is wired for Solar and has an insulated floor for cold weather. Tires are Hercules ST235/85R16 H-901.
