We have owned this motorhome for the last 4 years. We vacation for 3 months in Arizona. We are selling because we purchased a house in a senior resort and will no longer be using the Tiffin. The coach is in very good condition. Runs excellent. Has 6 new tires and Koni shocks installed October 2022. Has new dinette (seat covers on it). New recliner chair (May 2024). Sofa and captains chairs (with seat covers) are in great condition. Has optional home theater system and CB radio. Heat pump and air conditioners just serviced. Has Roadmaster anti-sway bar installed. A Roadmaster All-Terrain towbar is included as well as a Ready-Brake surge brake attachment.
