RV Description

Sale pending / This is the very first Apex model built by Western. We are the 3rd owner and have all the records for the RV, including the original window sticker. Everyone we talk7 to in the business tells us we should keep this rather than sell it because we will never find another one built as well as this. We are simply too busy to regularly enjoy this. It deserves an owner that will use and enjoy it.

It is a 2006 Western Alpine Apex, 4 slides, front door. The engine is a Cummins ISL 400, with a peak chassis. It has roughly 105k miles (we will still use it for local trips until we sell it). GVWR = 33,000. The original sticker price was $400k back in 2006. This has an Onan 8k generator with around 1200 hours. The Alpine Apex is well known as an extremely well built coach, with solid wood cabinets, HWH hydraulics, HydroHot heating and hot water system. You simply don't find this quality on new coaches until you get well over the $1m price tag.

The first owner took very good care of this and kept all the maintenance records. The 2nd owner also took good care and kept records along with made some modernization updates. I probably won't remember them all, but I'll list a few of the improvements:

  • LED lighting upgrade, all electric (no gas appliances), self balancing steer wheels, new floors, new captains chairs, new recliners, new BMW headlights

  • I have also kept on top of maintenance and have records. A few improvements since we've owned the coach:

  • New front tires, new magnum inverter, new remotes for all the storage beds, removed the original paint protection film that was aging and cracking

  • The pictures and videos speak for themselves.
